From our first interview with the only orthodox in Kyrgyzstan, a blogger – missionary Deacon Viktor Shyrkin, has overcome more than a year. Since then, he is still the only Kyrgyzman – a representative of the Church, who speaks on the web about faith to parishioners and all those who are interested. But meanwhile, serious changes have occurred in Deacon's life. Together with his family, Shyrkin moved to Russia.

– Why did you make such a decision? Do you have a monumental plan here in the Republic?
Victor Shyrkin: The plans have been and will remain. Kyrgyzstan is my favorite place to live. This is the beginning of my position. And they left first because of my son's illness. He was diagnosed with neuropathy (neuropathy is a pathology of the nervous system, which occurs on the basis of lesions of peripheral nerves. – Approximately.). Unfortunately, this disease requires treatment that we will be frank, in Kyrgyzstan is not available. There are not enough good experts in this field. Therefore, we were forced to leave the Russian Federation so as not to interrupt the examination of our son, the war against the disease and rehabilitation, which began on trips to Russian doctors. Moreover, we see a clear progress in treatment and improvement related to climate change. By moving, he has a completely different attitude to everything. He began to cry less and suffer. To be honest, we all started to feel better. In Bishkek, clearly, because of dust, I have been constantly suffering from lung diseases. And, of course, he always dreamed of living on the original land. Yes, I think this will happen later, when I was an old man.
– How did Russia accept you?
Victor Shyrkin: I admit, there are some fears. In Russia, only Kuma is still of all relatives. She is from the Vyatka area, where I am currently living, but at the same time she lives in Kyrgyzstan for 10 years. She was forced to return to Russia for health reasons.
Despite fear, they accepted me very well. Everyone here is friendly, kind, bright. Of course, there is a difference. Local people have deep respect and even worry about the missionaries. Well, the priests here are very good, kind, deep thinking, very spiritual, with great spiritual experience. By the way, I served, in the church of Trifonov Monastery assuming the Holy. But I also continue to lead my blog. He also opened the Telegram channel, where I was teaching, including people living in Russia. People care about what is orthodox is through the eyes of a deacon.
– The parishioners have learned that you are from Kyrgyzstan, interested in the life of the Republic and everything with the orthodox here?
Victor Shyrkin: They were surprised to learn that I was born and lived in Kyrgyzstan. First of all, because I speak pure Russian. Vyatkinites is talking in a special voice. Yes, to be honest, few people know about the Republic.
At this point, I brought more than a hundred symbols of Irakli Issyk-Kulsky monk. Everyone, of course, started asking about him, about the lake, about the whole country. They asked specific questions about and how to relax, even if the visa is necessary. And I always answer that Kyrgyzstan is a hospitable country with a beautiful nature, where every guest is happy.
– Maybe they also know a little bit about Irakli Holy?
Viktor Shyrkin: In principle, he was not known outside Kyrgyzstan, because he was revered by the holy saint. For example, this is Tryphon Vyatka, mainly revered here and in some other cities near Kirov.
By the way, St. Trifon helped me a lot. At this point, I pray for him and Irakli Issyk-Kulsky my beloved. They helped stay and settle here. By the way, I know that our saints and symbols are in the temple of Yekaterinburg, and now in Vyatka in many temples, and orthodox has his symbols. God banned, people will learn more about Him, research life and use His help and intervention.
– You can say that you have become the missionary of the orthodoxist Kyrgyz in Russia.
Victor Shyrkin: That's right, all of this is called so. Review service style. He was abnormal for local clergy and parishioners, but according to them, attracting and making it possible to see orthodox with different eyes. My songs, although in the old Slavonic, the engine is felt by Asian style. They say that the service sounds very nice.
He was also surprised that Vyatka's Metropolitan and Sloboda Mark said that I was a very good and luxurious deacon. And in general, there will be many fathers from Kyrgyzstan on Vyatka's Earth. Receiving such a review, I will try to bring more Kyrgyz culture to my position.
– What do you remember most in Russia?
Victor Styrkin: First of all, close people still in Kyrgyzstan, communicating with people who need enlightenment and communication. I remember the work in social services of mercy, and in Bishkek there was a lot of help in help. Sometimes it is possible to remotely work out a number of projects with Nadezhda Khokhlova, who is currently working in the Cameron assistance movement. One of the following -with the help of the Lord, with my friend's support -blagod, provided 24 wonderful children and the ward of the fund with winter shoes. And in general, Kyrgyzstan did not escape from my thoughts as a mainstream island, which was held in Central Asia for more than 140 years. I do not have enough warmth in Asia, culture, people with their special psychology. The Russians are very good, but the Kyrgyz people are worse to me. In all cases, while I still did not imbue the local spirit.
– Already in Russia, the addition happened in your family – the third child was born. Congratulations!
Victor Shyrkin: Thank you! This is a son, called Savel. Or at home, Savushka. And it is also to the fact that we have not slept for a month and a half, – the owl. But these sleepless nights are fun. However, with the birth of the baby, we are constantly working, so is the mother. She works on “remote control”, in social positions at the church.
– Is it different in Kyrgyzstan and Russia?
Victor Shyrkin: I will say that. Here, almost all infrastructure takes into account the interests of children. Wherever we go – a hospital, a shopping center, anywhere. Everywhere there are rooms and websites for children where you can play, draw, and proceed with the necessary hygiene processes with them. But with all this, the older children often ask when we come to Bishkek. They like everything here, but they remember kindergarten and friends. They also remember Tashkent, where their grandparents from their mother. Ignat, the eldest son, is still in the memory of Issyk-Kul. There, in the salt mines, the source of warmth, he went through treatment, and they really helped.
The Lord argues that children do not forget the local land, so we can return there. Meanwhile, I will continue to join my blog, targeting Kyrgyzers. People need to learn about God from the mouth not only a missionary, but a family man. This is very interesting for parishioners, because they are not used to seeing us as ordinary people like us. And here, in Kirov, I will participate in human enlightenment, lecture, but not by missionaries. In Russia, it is necessary to participate in the teachings, which means immersing themselves in orthodox. And if God gave it, perhaps, I will still accept the dignity of the priest.
The main question
– Why, unlike the same Kazakhstan, has not been developed in Kyrgyzstan?
Victor Shyrkin: Blogger – System work. And many of our priests are afraid to go online. And this is not my opinion, I learned from talking to them. Because, speak frankly, this is a dangerous missionary. The priest can answer something wrong, not follow the guns, and thus bring trouble to the entire church. But the questions are often very serious. Yes, after that, not everyone has a chapel. And even with deep knowledge and experience, a person who cannot always send this information on the camera.
