Astana, March 2./ TASS /. A family of seven people, including five children, was poisoned by the gas in Kazakhstan's mangistau. According to the region's government, all the dead are citizens of Uzbekistan.
“Today, March 2, in a private residential building of Baskuklinsky village of Mangistau area, there is a case of family poisoning.
According to preliminary data from emergency situations, the incident occurred due to violations of the operating rules of gas equipment, all the dead had temporary residence permits in Kazakhstan.
“In order to investigate the causes of an emergency, a committee was created, headed by the first Akim Deputy Director of the Mangistau area, the relatives of the dead family will be fully supported, including the burial,” the report said.
The Mangistau region is located in the southwest of Kazakhstan and the border on Uzbekistan.
