The Russian Federation Ministry of Education plans to enter the personnel in schools to reduce the load for both teachers and students. This has been reported by RIA Novosti related to the head of Sergei Kravtsov.
According to him, a single plan was introduced in Russia in all school subjects.

He explained that the personnel table should clearly understand how many lessons that teachers have done and for the number of students.
Earlier, the president of the Russian Education Academy Olga Vasilieva during an hour of government in Duma claimed that one of the main issues of the Russian education system was to train teachers.
According to her, 92% of teachers are trained under university programs, while only 27% of them have natural and technical scientific orientations.
