The state border agreement in the Ferghana valley will be signed by the heads of Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan (RT) and Uzbekistan (Ruz). The presidents of the three countries will approve documents at the summit, which will be held at Khujand, one of the oldest cities of the region.
