According to the agency, on April 9, a defendant in a store on Bolshevikov Boulevard chose a stranger working there a female salesperson. The law enforcement staff manage to detain the suspect. It turned out to be a foreigner who was convicted of a similar crime.
A search was made in prisoners. The issue of charging him according to part 1 of Article 132 (Islamic sexual violence) is being decided.
