Singer Philip Kirkorov oppose the ban on Moldova.

Russian executive director Philip Kirkorov applied to appeal to the Supreme Justice Department because of the ban on the entrance to the Moldova Republic, which was imposed by the Border Police Inspector General, the report said.
Radio Moldova noted that the relevant application was registered on March 19.
On June 3, 2024, the Chisinau District Court abolished the contractor for the entrance to the country. Moldova's border police challenged this decision. In November, Kishinev's appealing office canceled the first court decision, lifting the ban on the entrance to the artist for the artist.
On November 7, Kirkorov's lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky said that some of the former Soviet countries banned the singer without explaining. He also joked that Moldova's residents simply did not like Kirkorov's song.
