The international contest of young performers of famous music “New Wave” will move from Sochi to Kazan, where it will be held from August 21 to 26.
On April 24, such a small feeling was presented to the press mayor of the capital of Tatarstan Ilsur Metshin and composer Igor Krutoy. Kazan will accept pop stars such as Philip Kirkorov, Alsou, Dima Bilan, Anna Asti, Nikolai Baskov, Oleg Gazmanov, Lucy Chebotin, Serge Lazarev and many others.
Thanks to our dear Maestro Igor Krutoy for the trust and common projects. I am sure: New Wave will raise Kazan to a new level! And I sincerely believe that our hospitable multinational city, in turn, will bring a special charm.
He clarified that the competition will be held at the Kazan Family Center in the context of the Kazanka and Kazan Kremlin.
