Coolite systems, specializing in cooling centers, introduced a new liquid cooling system, can deal with chips with a capacity of up to 4000 watts. This is a huge number, because the modern processor for the server and artificial intelligence (AI) can distinguish thousands of watts. Conventional fans can no longer cope, so cooling uses water or water mixture with glycol, passing through special cold plates of the anise, attached to the chip.

This system, called the flow, is better than usual as 30%-it eliminates heat more effectively and evenly distributed, especially at the chip hot spots. In the Coolite trials, she pointed out that her frozen sheet obtained more than 97% heat from the 4000 watt chip with a water stream of only 6 liters per minute. This is less than you often need.
Such cooling is important for data centers to operate with AI and calculate high performance. Coolit says their technology is ready for the future, when the chips become stronger. Experts praised the novelty, but waiting for her to express herself in real days.
