Rosselkhozadzor office staff for Nizhny Novgorod and the Republic of Mari El in the last week of February have seized 11 kg of dangerous products at Nizhny Novgorod airport. This has been reported by the department's press service.
In particular, from February 22 to February 28, 7 batches of honey were detained, meat and dairy products with a total weight of 11 kg. It has been imported without veterinary documents in the luggage of flights from Uzbekistan – this country is considered a dysfunction in particularly dangerous diseases.
All goods were seized at the intersection of the state border of the Russian Federation and were destroyed in a furnace – a cremator.
