Votkinck. Udmurtia. A resident of Votkinsk, who married two men at the same time, tried to receive a payment for the death of a couple. This has been reported by the prosecutor's Udmurtia office.
On August 19, 2023, a 62 -year -old woman married a 56 -year -old citizen of Uzbekistan to get citizenship.
According to the judicial community of UDMURTIA, the defendant lived with a 49 -year -old man then signed a contract for military service. On October 3, 2023, the defendant, married, applied to get married to a living person. A resident of Votkinsk hid this reality from the employees of the Registration Office, so the registration took place.
On March 19, 2024, private died in the area of a special activity. On May 2, the woman transferred to the authorized agencies to receive social support measures related to her husband's death. She hoped that she would be paid more than 14 million rubles, of which 1.2 million rubles were material support from the Republican social position center, more than 8 million rubles – payments from military commissioners, 5 million rubles – a gross payment and nearly 100,000 rubles – encouraged for her husband's award.
After that, it turned out that the defendants officially had two husbands. On May 31, 2024, the last marriage of a Votkinsk resident was declared invalid since the end.
A criminal case has been opened according to part 3 of Article 30, part 4 of Article 159.2 of the Russian Penal Code (entertainment for fraud when receiving payments,), part 3 of Article 30, part 4 of Article 159 of the Russian Penal Code (entertainment for fraud when receiving payments on a particularly large scale).
In court, the defendants did not plead guilty. Votkinsky district court sentenced a 2.5 -year woman in prison. She was also assigned a trial for 2 years.
