The Novosibirsk Court held the original sentence for Uzbekistan citizens, Gulchira Asanova, who was previously convicted of torturing his daughter.
In the court, it was founded that a systemic woman was on her head and faced a daughter one and a half years old for disobeying even for a small reason. When in August 2021, the child died, Asanova did not go anywhere, but simply buried his daughter's body. The woman did not admit sin. The Oktyabrsky district court sentenced her for four years in a general colony.
The ruling was defense in the Novosibirsk Court. The convicted person and her lawyer in the appeal requested to cancel the court's judgment, and Asanov to justify, the press services of the Court of the General Juri -Talent of Novosibirk reported.
However, the Court has left the judgment of the Court in the first case unchanged, the sentence was included in the legal force.
