Kyrgyzstan's cooperation with the European Union was discussed by the Republic of the Republic of Sadyr Zhaparov with the head of the European Committee Ursula Von Der Lyain. The meeting took place in Uzbekistan, the press service of the Kyrgyz leader said on April 3.
It is known that in the meeting, Zhaparov noted that Central Asian and EU relationships were flexibly developing and this brings actual results.
For cooperation, according to the Republican press services, the parties noted that the expansion of trade and economic relations, and also discussed the participation of investments and some other initiatives.
Earlier, representatives of European Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kai Callas said that due to sanctions against Russia, the economy of Central Asia had suffered. However, she said, “It is impossible to allow them to go around this area.”
