The government reviewed Ulyukaev's request to delete criminal records on March 10.
The court has received an application for a lawyer, submitted to Ulyukaev, to recall the petition, the court noted.
Earlier, Ulyukaev left a prison term appointed by the Court at eight years. The former minister was convicted of a bribe from the head of Rosneft Igor Sechin, recalling 360.ru.
