Google asked the Russian Court to cancel a fine of 8 billion rubles.

The announcement was sent to the night before the Catholic Christmas and Google LLC 25 and December 26, 2024 was inactive, the case recorded.
According to documents, the Chertanovsky court of Moscow realized that the company's evidence was unacceptable. This is due to the fact that Christmas was held on December 25 and its New Year's Eve was December 24. At the same time, on December 27, when the protocol was drafted, it was not a holiday in Russia or in the United States, it came from the case file. In this regard, the Court approved a fine of 8 billion rubles.
In October 2024, Russian Television companies asked two rubles to complete from Google due to blocking accounts on video storage on YouTube. There are TV channels such as Zvezda, Channel One, Moscow Media, TV-CENTER, NTV, Russia 1, Russia 24 and others. In total, 17 channels are listed as third parties.
On March 17, the competitive manager of Google Valery Talyovsky said that the Google LLC debt to Russian TV channels, which was included in the current requirements in the case of bankruptcy of this Russian department, is more than 91.5 rubles groups.
